convenient support program for you.
Pre-paid Block Billing
If you require support services on an as-needed basis or
per incident and would like to lower your hourly rate
and get preferred response times, then a pre-paid service block is your best option.
Support Agreements
If you are looking to budget IT expenditures, get proactive about network management, and get the best possible
hourly rate and prompt response times then a monthly support retainer
or our Fixed Price IT plans
are your best bet. We can customize a plan that is
best suited to your business.
General Support Information
- Please call us for current hourly rates.
- Our standard hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday
through Friday EST.
- Response times are typically by phone within 4 hours and on-site next day.
- For pre-paid block billing and support agreements, response
times are shorter and are guaranteed.
- We also offer after-hours and emergency support and
scheduled house calls.
